What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, a second email containing tracking information will be sent so you can monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be marked as final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How should I care for my Madhappy products?
To maintain the quality of our signature heavyweight fleece and knits, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry or tumble drying on low heat.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team within one hour of placement for any modifications. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, it cannot be changed.
