At Madhappy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
